Based in Huddersfield, F12 Consult is a software consultancy specialising in technical leadership, platform development, IoT solutions and cloud architecture. The company partners with organisations to deliver complex technology projects, ranging from enterprise software and data platforms to connected device ecosystems, serving clients across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, wholesale distribution, vehicle telematics and the public sector.

Founded in 2024, F12 Consult was established when the consultancy division of its parent company outgrew the original product business. What began as a support function evolved into a specialist consultancy in its own right, with expertise in telematics and connected systems becoming a key part of its offering. The decision to launch as an independent consultancy allowed the business to focus on delivering technical leadership and platform development across a broad range of sectors while retaining the deep technical knowledge that underpins its success.

The judging panel was particularly impressed by the company’s rapid development and its ability to deliver high-value technology expertise from West Yorkshire. F12 Consult has expanded its client base through reputation and referral, broadening its services beyond software development into technical leadership, platform architecture and strategic consultancy. Recent growth areas have included data platform modernisation, IoT solutions and government procurement framework work, demonstrating the company’s ability to adapt to evolving market demands.
