All law firms regulated by the SRA are required to collect, report and in some circumstances according to the data protection regulations, publish diversity data about the make-up of their workforce.

It makes good business sense for us to access all the talent available in the marketplace and a diverse firm will be well equipped to access and serve a diverse community.
